PG Diploma in Translation
One Year Postgraduate Translation (English-Hindi-English) Diploma Course, recognised by Government of India
Bhartiya Anuvad Parishad is an organisation devoted to the study of the art and science of translation. Since 1964, it has explored the various dimensions of translation, be it publishing, education or recognising translations through awards.
With the support of Indian and international linguistic experts, academics, scholars and translation specialists, the Bhartiya Anuvad Parishad has successfully published Anuvad, a quarterly journal on translation; organised seminars and workshops on translation; published seminal texts on translation and honoured worthy translators. The one-year ‘Vaksetu’ Postgraduate Translation (English-Hindi-English) Diploma Course and the One Year Translation (English-Hindi-English) Advanced Diploma are the culmination of all our activities at the Parishad.
It’s a matter of pride for us that the Government of India has recognised our course. It is noteworthy that many translators trained by the Parishad are working in government and non-government organisations in every corner of the country.
As a result of the ever-increasing popularity of this course, it is now being conducted in many other cities, including Thiruvananthapuram (Kerala), Guwahati (Assam), Shillong (Meghalaya), Kochi (Kerala), Yamuna Nagar, Gurugram (Haryana), as well as Jalandhar, and Guwahati.
